Peter S. Shek earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Washington and Jefferson College in Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the Michigan Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Saginaw County Bar Association.


Attorney Millicent E. Shek joined the family firm in 2014 and has continued expanding the firm’s legal services throughout Michigan. She graduated magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Washington and Jefferson College. Millicent is admitted to practice before the Michigan Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for both federal districts in Michigan. She was also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 2025.


Millicent E. Shek is actively involved in the Michigan legal community and previously served as President of the Saginaw County Bar Association. She also serves as defense advisor for the 70th District Court Structured Treatment and Recovery (STAR) Program, reflecting the firm’s involvement in both community service and rehabilitative legal advocacy.
